Do you have “this specific product” in stock?
If you can add it to your cart then we have it in stock. On the very rare occasion that we sell an out of stock item to a customer, we will contact you immediately to resolved the issue.

How do I know what sizes you have in stock?
By looking up the item in any of’s easy to browse categories (sweaters, T-shirts, Shoes, etc) and then selecting the size you want on the item’s description page. Only the sizes showing in green are items currently in stock.

Are your shoe sizes listed in American sizes?

When will my package be shipped out?
Your order will ship within 24 hours of receipt. (weekends and holidays excluded).

How long will it take for my package to get here?
Express orders are guaranteed to be received by the number of days that are specified at the time of purchase (usually 1-3 business days). Expedited parcel can take up to but not limited to 2–10 business days, depending on how far away you are from our location, how rural of an area you live in, and any other number of circumstance. Canada Post disclaims that it is not held liable for Acts Of God resulting in extended shipping times. is not liable for the length of time a package takes to reach its destination.

You must sign for any package that falls under any one of these 2 specifics.

It says my package came but I don’t have it, what do I do?
First don’t panic. Second do not call Canada Post, this only complicates the problem and makes it harder for us to decipher the situation and come to a resolution. The solution to the problem is to call at 1-866-287-1555 and have us handle the situation.

How do I go about returning or exchanging my order?

I just tracked my return/exchange and it says that you have received it but I haven’t received a refund, what’s the deal?
It usually takes a day or two after your package arrives for us to process your return or exchange. We appreciate your patience and we will process your return or exchange as soon as possible.

Does it cost me anything to exchange/return my order?
It will only cost you the price to ship the package back to us. If you would like an exchange we will cover the cost to ship the new items to you.

SK8 Clothing is an online shop. The reason we do not have a brick and mortar is to keep our overhead expenses low so we can offer you the best price possible.
