Do you have “this specific product” in stock?
Currently sk8clothing.com has a “real time” inventory. What does this mean to you; it means that as long as it appears on sk8clothing.com and it does not say out of stock, we have it. On the rare occasion that we sell an out of stock item to a customer, we will contact you immediately about the out of stock item to get any problems resolved with your order in a very timely manner.

How do I know what sizes you have in stock?
By looking up the item in any of sk8clothing.com’s easy to browse categories (sweaters,T-shirts, Shoes, etc) and then selecting the size you want on the item’s description page. Only the sizes listed in the size drop-down menu are items currently in stock.

Are your shoe sizes listed in American sizes?
Yes, our shoes are listed in American sizes. Please use the below chart for international shoe size conversion. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us at 1-866-287-1555 (7 days a week 8:00 am-7:00 PM Newfoundland time) or email us.

Do you do special orders?
 We do not do special orders, however if we receive an overwhelming response for a specific style or color of skate shoe we will consider carrying it in the future.

How do I know you received my order?
After placing an order with sk8clothing.com, you will receive an order conformation email. Also you can check the order history page in your account, if the order information is stated there then we have received your order.

Do you ship overseas?
Shipping costs are to unpredictable over seas, so there is no shipping option available, however you can email us at sales@sk8clothing.com and we can give you a shipping quote. Once you receive the shipping quote log back into you account proceed to the check out and place your order.

When will my package be shipped out?
Your order will usually be shipped out between 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded).

How long will it take for my package to get here?
Your Canadian post ground order can take up to but not limited to 1–10 business days, depending on how far away you are from our location, how rural of an area you live in, and any other number of circumstance. Express orders are guaranteed to be received by the number of days that are specified at the time of purchase, however Canada Post disclaims that it is not held liable for Acts Of God resulting in extended shipping times. sk8clothing.com is not liable for the length of time a package takes to reach its destination.

Do I have to sign for my package?
You must sign for any package that falls under any one of these 2 specifics.
- All orders over $250.00
- All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses

What if I am not there to sign for my package?
sk8clothing.com cannot release the signature service from any of the following packages.
- All orders over $250.00
- All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses
However we can make arrangements for that package to be held at your nearest Canada post location.

It says my package came but I don’t have it, what do I do?
First don’t panic. Second do not call Canada Post, this only complicates the problem and makes it harder for us to decipher the situation and come to a resolution. The solution to the problem is to call sk8clothing.com at 1-866-287-1555 and have us handle the situation.

How do I go about returning or exchanging my order?
All returns must be pre-authorized by the SK8 Clothing. Please call or E-mail us with the details of your return. We will issue you a return authorization (r/a) number. Put the r/a number on the outside of the package you return to us, then send item(s) to:

I just tracked my return/exchange and it says that you have received it but I haven’t received a call like I requested, what’s the deal?
It usually takes a day or two after your package arrives for us to process your return or exchange. We appreciate your patience and we will process your return or exchange as soon as possible.

Does it cost me anything to exchange/return my order?
It will only cost you the price to ship the package to sk8clothing.com.

Do you have any store locations where I live?
We currently do not have any retail store locations.
