Our Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, SK8Clothing.com provides the opportunity to return or exchange merchandise. You have up to 30 days from the original purchase date to return or exchange items purchased. We can provide you with a full refund, minus the cost of shipping in the form of a sk8clothing.com store credit or a refund to your credit card or PayPal.com account. All returns must be pre-authorized by the SK8 Clothing. Please call or E-mail us with the details of your return. We will issue you a return authorization (r/a) number. Put the r/a number on the outside of the package you return to us. All other guidelines are listed below.
Shipping & Handling
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Clothing
- All items must be unused and include the original packaging
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
- If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
Shoes
- Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging - try your new shoes on inside on the carpet - this will help keep your new shoes clean and returnable
- If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on
- Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes
- Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged
Defective Merchandise
SK8 Clothing does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. SK8 Clothing will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (up to $10.00)
All delivery charges and the legal risks for products returned will be your responsibility unless the return is due to SK8 Clothing not delivering the products you ordered, or has delivered to you products that are damaged or defective. In this case SK8 Clothing will assume the delivery charges and the risks, but reserves the right to dictate to you a delivery service of our choice to insure that the package is insured against loss or damage.
