Shipping Policy

FREE & Flat rate Expedited Parcel shipping:

We offer FREE Expedited Parcel shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $70.00 before taxes. We also offer a flat rate Expedited shipping of $15.00 to the Continental United States.(Orders under 0.5kg to the United States will be less then the $15.00 flat rate). See shipping standards below for delivery time.

Sk8 Clothing will ship to all 50 U.S states. WE WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE BUT IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA YOU SHOULD EMAIL sales@sk8clothing.com  FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE. Prices vary from country to country, and we have a standard shipping quote to all countries outside North America. If you email what items you are interested in buying and your location we can give you a more accurate shipping cost, and if our quote is higher than the actual cost we will refund the difference (less a small handing fee).

We ship our products using Canada Post, Xpress post, Expedited post and priority courier. Shipping rates to all Canadian and United States locations are calculated automatically by Sk8 Clothing during the checkout process. The shipping charge is determined by calculating the weight, size and destination of your order. 

    Shipping Standards

The numbers of days listed above represents standard business days and does not take into account extraordinary events that may delay delivery.

All orders placed at sk8clothing.com before 2 pm eastern Monday to Friday will be shipped that day. Any order placed after 2 pm eastern will be shipping the following day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.

 

Please check your shipping information before placing order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Any order that needs to be re-shipped will be charged at the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.

Wrong Address Charges

1. When a customer enters an incorrect address the item is undeliverable and returned to sender. Canada Post will charge a return to sender fee, this fee will be passed onto the customer.

2. Incorrect Address that results in the order being lost - We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

 

Order Tracking

You can track your order by going to www.canadapost.ca and clicking on the "Track a Package" Link. Once there enter the Item number you received via email from sk8clothing when your order has been updated to "shipped."  Example:
