When will my order ship?
In most cases, we offer same day shipping on all orders received before 1pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed using PayBright as the payment method will ship 24 hours after receipt of order (excluding holiday's a weekends).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE Expedited Parcel shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $99 before taxes. A low flat rate shipping of $9.95 will apply to all orders below $99.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use Canada Post to ship all orders.
Do you ship to Box and P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to BOX and P.O. Boxes. No matter where you are, we’ll find you.
Is a tracking number and insurance provided?
All orders will have a Canada Post tracking number and are insured against loss or damage.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
It depends on where you are located in Canada. See below table for delivery times:

Is shipping available to the USA?
Yes, we ship to the USA. We offer a flat rate Expedited shipping of $15.00 on all orders less than 2lbs to the Continental United States. Delivery takes 6-9 business days. Any order over 2lbs is calculated automatically by Sk8 Clothing during the checkout process. The shipping charge is determined by calculating the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Delivery takes 1-2 weeks, your package is insured, and you are provided a Canada Post tracking number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a Canada Post tracking link through email. Click or tap the link to follow the progress of your delivery.
You can also track your package by logging into your account and going to your order history page. Click or tap on your most recent order and select the tracking link at the bottom of the page.
What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?
We try our best to verify all shipping addresses before releasing your order. We cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect and this results in the order being lost. We cannot issue a refund for an address mistake that is out of our control.
