60 Days Easy Returns

RETURN WINDOW

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the merchandise. You have 60 days from the original purchase date to receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Items that are on sale are eligible for return as long as they are not final sale clearance items (marked down 30% or more).

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached and packaging will not qualify for a refund.

Return Process

1). You can easily manage your own returns through our return portal. Log into your account or access the portal here. Enter your email address and your order number to get started.

2). Once you have submitted your return request, we'll reply within 48 hours with a prepaid return label.

3). Re-package your items.

  • Most of our orders are shipped in reusable bags or cardboard boxes, which can be reused as return packaging.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags. We will deny your return if any tags are removed from the product.
  • Tape the return label to the package. **DO NOT apply tape, return labels or any adhesive directly on the manufacturer’s packaging (shoes boxes).

4). Drop off at your local Canada Post or UPS location (depending on the label we provide). That’s it…you’re done!

Please note that prepaid return labels cannot be issued outside of Canada. If you live outside of Canada please email us to start the return process.

Return Shipping Fee

We charge a $15 flat rate return fee. (excluding skateboards, the cost will be based on location and dimensions) This fee covers the cost of processing and handling your return, as well as shipping it back to our facility.

We recognize that returning items can be inconvenient, so we aim to simplify the process by offering a flat rate fee. This ensures that all returns are handled equally, regardless of weight or location. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we want our customers to feel confident in their purchases knowing that any returns will be processed efficiently and fairly under this transparent return policy with a reasonable flat rate fee.

The return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Due to hygienic reasons, all underwear, socks and facemasks are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund. Products marked down 30% or more are considered final sale clearance merchandise and cannot be returned.

You can return or any item that's in its original condition, unless it was purchased as a final sale clearance item. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached and packaging will not qualify for a refund.

Sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.

Once we have received and inspected your return (Usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 2 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return has been completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

You are still eligible for a refund.

Orders with gift certificate as payment will be refunded back to a gift certificate for your convenience. New gift codes will be emailed to your email address on file.

We would issue you a store credit and you can place a new order for the item(s) you want in exchange.
