We know how frustrating it can be to receive your new clothing only to find out that it just doesn’t fit right. To ease your pain and eliminate the risk of ordering online, we offer all of our Canadian customers free returns on Clothes, Shoes, & Accessories. Skateboard hardgoods do not qualify for free returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the merchandise. You have 60 days from the original purchase date to receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping on all regular price products. Products that are on sale, or purchased using a coupon, or special discount can be returned for store credit. Sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale clearance merchandise. Any product on sale for more than 30% off is considered a final sale clearance item and cannot be returned.
Due to hygienic reasons, all underwear, socks and facemasks are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund.
You can easily manage your own returns through our return portal. Log into your account or access the portal here. Enter your email address and your order number to get started.
Returns couldn’t be simpler. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label, print and apply to your package, then drop it off at your local Canada Post or UPS location (depending on the label we provide). That’s it…you’re done!
You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition, unless it was purchased as a final sale clearance item. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached and packaging will not qualify for a refund.

Once we have received and inspected your return (Usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 2 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return has been completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
We can offer you a store credit when coupon codes or special discounts have been applied to your order.
Orders with gift certificate as payment will be refunded back to a gift certificate for your convenience. New gift codes will be emailed to your email address on file.
We would issue you a store credit and you can place a new order for the item(s) you want in exchange.
