We ship quickly — usually within 24 hours. Most orders head out the
door the same day or the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding
holidays). Delays may occur if additional information is required (e.g.
address verification or payment checks).
Our trusted carriers manage the entire journey from pickup to delivery. Each order is assigned a tracking number, and customers are automatically notified by email at key stages: shipment confirmation, out for delivery, and final delivery.
📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Within Canada: We ship with UPS and Purolator. For PO Boxes, we use Canada Post.
- International: We ship with FedEx. (Please note: U.S. shipping is temporarily on hold during the Section 321 suspension as carriers move to a new agreement.)
- Delivery Times: Shipping times vary by location but are usually 3–7 business days within Canada.

Yes, we offer FREE Expedited Parcel shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $99 before taxes.
It depends on your location. We ship with UPS, Purolator, or FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery. If your address is a PO Box, we’ll ship with Canada Post, as other carriers don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
Currently, we only offer express shipping to Canadian addresses. Remote locations in Canada are not eligible for express shipping.

Temporary Suspension of U.S. Shipping
Due to recent changes with Section 321, we unfortunately have to suspend all shipments to the United States until a new system can be put in place.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and United Kingdom.
Delivery takes 1-2 weeks, your package is insured, and you are provided a Canada Post tracking number.
Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a Canada Post tracking link through email. Click or tap the link to follow the progress of your delivery.
You can also track your package by logging into your account and going to your order history page. Click or tap on your most recent order and select the tracking link at the bottom of the page.
We try our best to verify all shipping addresses before releasing your order. We cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect and this results in the order being lost. We cannot issue a refund for an address mistake that is out of our control.
