Temporary Suspension of U.S. Shipping
Due to recent changes with Section 321, we unfortunately have to suspend all shipments to the United States until a new system can be put in place.
What is Section 321?
Section 321 is a U.S. Customs regulation that allowed Canadian businesses to ship goods under $800 USD into the U.S. without customers being charged import duties or taxes. This program made it affordable for Canadian shops like ours to offer competitive shipping rates to our U.S. customers.
What’s changing?
With Section 321 being eliminated, all shipments from Canada to the U.S. will now face new import taxes and duties, no matter the order value. This means higher costs, slower clearance times, and a large increase in overall shipping prices.
What this means for you:
Until a new solution is set up, we are unable to ship to U.S. addresses. We don’t want our customers stuck with unexpected bills or inflated costs. Our goal is to bring back U.S. shipping as soon as we can secure a fair and reliable option.

Frequently Asked Questions:
In most cases, we offer same day shipping on all orders received before 1pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Yes, we offer FREE Expedited Parcel shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $99 before taxes.
It depends on your location. We ship with UPS, Purolator, or FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery. If your address is a PO Box, we’ll ship with Canada Post, as other carriers don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
Currently, we only offer express shipping to Canadian addresses. Remote locations in Canada are not eligible for express shipping.
Yes, we ship to BOX and P.O. Boxes. No matter where you are, we’ll find you.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and United Kingdom.
Delivery takes 1-2 weeks, your package is insured, and you are provided a Canada Post tracking number.
Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a Canada Post tracking link through email. Click or tap the link to follow the progress of your delivery.
You can also track your package by logging into your account and going to your order history page. Click or tap on your most recent order and select the tracking link at the bottom of the page.
We try our best to verify all shipping addresses before releasing your order. We cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect and this results in the order being lost. We cannot issue a refund for an address mistake that is out of our control.
