Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale items can be returned unless they are final sale clearance items (marked down 30% or more).
  • Limited-edition blind bag products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, whether opened or unopened
  • Returns missing original packaging or tags will not qualify for a refund.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Start Your Return – Use our return portal by logging into your account or clicking [here]. Enter your email and order number to begin.
  2. Receive Your Label – We'll email you a prepaid return label within 48 hours.
  3. Pack Your Items –
    • Use the original shipping bag or box.
    • Do not apply tape or labels directly to the manufacturer’s packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
  4. Drop Off Your Return – Take your package to Canada Post or UPS, depending on the return label provided.

Important: Prepaid return labels are only available for Canadian orders. If you’re outside Canada, email us to start your return process.

Return Shipping Fee

  • A $15 flat rate return fee applies to most returns.
  • For skateboards, the return fee is based on location and package size.
  • The return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Underwear, socks, and face masks (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Clearance items (30% or more off)
