We know how frustrating it can be to receive your new clothing only to find out that it just doesn’t fit right. To ease your pain and eliminate the risk of ordering online, we offer all of our Canadian customers free returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange the merchandise. You have 60 days from the original purchase date to receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping on all regular price products. Products that are on sale, or purchased using a coupon, or special discount can be returned for store credit. Sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale clearance merchandise.
Due to hygienic reasons, all underwear, socks and facemasks are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund.

Returns couldn’t be simpler. Just contact us and we’ll email you a return shipping label. Apply the label to your package and drop it off at your local Canada Post. That’s it…you’re done!

What's eligible for return?
You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition, unless it was purchased as a final sale clearance item. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached and packaging will not qualify for a refund.
Can I return Final Sale items?
Sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return (Usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 2 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return has been completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?
We can offer you a store credit when coupon codes or special discounts have been applied to your order.
I am returning an item purchased with a gift certificate, how does that work?
Orders with gift certificate as payment will be refunded back to a gift certificate for your convenience. New gift codes will be emailed to your email address on file.
Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
You can if a promo code or special discount was not applied to your order, in this case we would issue you a store credit. Please send us an email or instant message us using our chat feature, and we’ll gladly provide more details on how to exchange.
